You hold all the power, wisdom and knowledge you need to heal your body, mind and soul no matter what you are going through or experiencing.

Your body is so powerful, so intelligent and so capable that you need not doubt its ability to heal.

Your body houses not only your blood and organs but also your soul, which is an infinite, limitless energy that can truly create miracles if you are open to them.

You may of heard of people healing their bodies, returning from life threatening illnesses or experiencing spontaneous healings. Despite what it may sound like to your rational mind, all of this is possible and is accessible to anyone.

Healing doesn’t necessarily mean that you are completely free of physical symptoms, but it does allow you to feel at peace with your situation or to accept your situation.

Sure, physical symptoms can disappear, sometimes even over-night, but that is not always the goal with healing.

True healing happens on an emotional and spiritual level first and then moves out into the physical realm.

For this reason, sometimes it is necessary for the internal work to be completed first before the external work can begin.

Sometimes your healing may just come in the form of an energy shift or an emotional shift. Other times, it may come in the form of a physical transformation.

I for one have experienced spontaneous healings on both a physical and energetic level and have heard countless stories all the time from people who have done the same.

This is not something that is limited to the uber-spiritual or to select people, it is available to everyone, as long as they are willing.

How to Activate Your Potential to Self- Heal

There is no room for the ego when it comes to self-healing. This means that you must leave your ego aside and step into the vibration of your soul.

Sometimes we have to go through physical, emotional, mental or even spiritual challenges or illnesses in order to get to where we need to be and this also needs to be honoured.

For true self-healing to occur, all personal egoic gain needs to be left at the door and your true desire to heal must come from wanting to tap into your highest path, which is beyond your rational mind.

You also have to truly want to heal and to let go of any attachments or feelings of dependency that you have created in regards to your personal challenge or illness.

Sometimes we can become so used to being “sick” that our ego begins to enjoy the pity party and attention that comes along with it.

Know that in order to be healed, this needs to be completely shed and let go of.

In order to self heal, you must be 100 percent willing and ready to be healed.

Everyone is ready in their own time, and there is no judgement on what constitutes as feeling ready, however usually there is a strong sense of knowing that you are ready to let it all go.

Along with feeling ready you also have to allow yourself to be open to the possibility of being healed.

You have to believe in the potential for your body to heal itself and you must be open to the fact that you can instantly heal your life.

Once you have opened yourself to the possibility, you then have to step back and let it happen.

It may also help to ask for the assistance and guidance from your spirit guides or guardian angels.

They are always around you and always ready to help as long as you are ready to hear their messages.

Steps to Truly Heal Yourself

1. Leave your ego at the door- healing can happen on any level and the outcome may not be as your ego expects it to be.

2. You must be willing to be healed. You have to be willing to fully release and let go of your illness and to give up personal or egoic gains in regards to your healing.

3. You must be open to the idea of instant healing and be ready to let it happen.

4. Ask for assistance from your angels or spirit guides.

5. Once you have welcomed in the idea of healing, you must stay open to the signs, messages and synchronicities that occur. You must be willing to take divinely inspired action in order to assist with your healing process.

6. Give the process time. Healing has to occur energetically first and if you are too caught up in your egoic wants and needs, you may miss the subtle shifts in your vibration. After you have activated your healing process, you must remain open, accepting and grateful.

Activating Your Healing

Once you have prepared yourself to receive your healing, you must activate your healing by letting your body and soul know that you are ready.

Your soul contains the wisdom to heal you and through being ready you can unlock this wisdom and have it take effect.

Find a quiet place. Sit and mediate for a few minutes to clear your mind.

Place your right hand on your belly and your left hand on your heart. Gently breathe in and out.

Start imagining a golden light surrounding your entire body. Imagine this golden light travelling up through your body from your toes to your head. As the light surrounds you, imagine it going into your body through the top of your head and down through your spine.

Continue mediating on this visual for at least 3-5 minutes until it feels strong in your mind.

As you watch the golden light pass through your body, imagine it healing and clearing everything that no longer serves you. Ask the light to heal and cleanse everything that no longer serves you.

Allow your breathing to get deeper and deeper and has you clear things with the golden light, allow your exhales to become longer and deeper, as if you are pushing out the stagnant energy.

Continue this for 10 minutes or so. Allow yourself to feel any emotions or blocks that arise and try to push past any ego driven thoughts or distractions.

Once you have completed your mediation, say a little prayer or blessing to your higher self, angels and/or spirit guides and ask them to help you to heal and release all that no longer serves you. Ask them to support your ability to spontaneously heal.

You may also want to speak to your “illness” and let it know that while you are grateful for its presence in your life, that you would like it to pass on. To do this, you first must accept your situation and honor it for what it has taught you.

There are no rules to this, but hopefully this gives you some guidance and understanding of how to activate your ability to self-heal.

Hopefully this exercise helps you to tap in to your strength and to return faith into the beautiful being that you are.

These 5 practical steps to cleanse and activate your energy stones at home are very easy to do and you don’t need to know anything about mystical rituals or have any special knowledge. The only “ingredients” you need to buy are available at your local supermarket: mild soap, 3 white candles, aluminium foil and sea salt.

In this week’s post: Energy, Stones and Well-Being, you can get an idea of what we will do now.

The key points are: cleanse with salt, activate with light and amplify with very low temperature.

A word before we start: if the stones are for you, don’t let anybody else touch them and don’t let the stones get in contact with other metals besides the aluminium foil. If you’re preparing the stones for someone else, don’t touch them directly with your hands, I use gloves instead of having direct contact with the stones.

1. Wash your stones with mild soap in warm water

2. Put your stones (maximum 3 at a time) in a glass bowl and pour water and sea salt on top of them. Place the bowl in front of a window where sunlight will shine upon the stones at least once during the day. If direct sunlight isn’t possible, let the stones be in this salty water for half a day, preferably in front of a window.

3. This step is only necessary if direct sunlight isn’t possible: wash your stones with fresh water and place them in the empty glass bowl again. Place three white candles around the bowl so that the bowl is in the middle of this triangle of candles. Light the candles and leave them burning for a while, I usually wait until the candles are at least half way down. This light of fire cleanses and activates the stones.

4. After letting the stones cool down for a while, wrap each one separately in a small piece of aluminium foil and put them in the freezer for about two hours and then take them out.

5. The fifth step is to connect with your stones, one at a time. Take the first stone out of the aluminium foil and warp it with your hands:

Feel how the stone takes the heat away from your hands; feel how the warm energy from your hands flows into the stone, making it also warm.

Visualize in your mind the purpose of your stone. Is the stone meant for healing a specific part of your body? Is it to help you heal emotional wounds? Is it meant to open the doors of your heart to love? Connect stone and purpose in your mind through visualization.

Carry him around for a while. You can put the stone in a tiny cloth bag and then wear the bag as if it were a necklace inside your shirt so that the stone is near your heart. If you’re a woman you can place the stone inside your bra.

There are many interesting internet sites with detailed specification of what each stone does. You can google: “meanings energy stones” and start reading until you find a site that appeals to you and gives you the information you need.

There are also many books with great information and pictures. One of them is The Book of Stones: Who They Are & What They Teach. The beautiful pictures help you recognize the stones you need when you’re buying them and the areas which these stones enhance is described in great detail.

There’s a sort of game I do when shopping for stones: I let the stones choose me!
I look at the stones without any idea of which one to take home. As soon as one catches my interest in a special way I take it home. Then I look for the name of the stone in my book or in the internet and see which areas it enhances.
More than once have I been surprised at the universal wisdom of the subconscious mind. Things I wasn’t really paying attention to in my body, my psyche or my emotions surfaced as I read about the stones I chose and their properties.

Did you know your body is a natural source of energy? The Chinese call this energy chi or life force energy. Chi has also been called the breath of life. This life force energy flows through you via your meridians, which are kind of like little energy pathways.

The meridians are an energy transportation system that helps feed you vital energy.Your energy meridians flow through you like a river – and just as rivers can get clogged with debris, so can your energy. Your meridians work hand in hand with your chakras, so unlocking this energy can also help you feel more positive.

The life force energy that moves through youcirculates in a 24-hour cycle of sorts. There are fourteen meridians that carry this life force energy – and twelve of them are associated with your organs and the various functions of your body.

Many practitioners believe that your chi affects each of these meridians for about two hours a day. Since the meridians are basically a flow of energy just like the chakras, this energy can get blocked, causing you to feel off balance.

Restoring this balance is easy when you follow these simple tips talked about by Donna Eden, the author of the book Energy Medicine.

3 ways to work with your energy meridians

  1. The Zip-up
  2. The Hook-up
  3. The Crown Pull

The Zip-Up

Your meridians carry a very subtle electromagnetic energy and you can sense this energy with your hands. You can trace your entire energy system is less than two minutes, so it’s not a complicated process. There are many ways to work with your energy meridians, but working with the central meridian is probably the easiest.

The zip-up is a great tool to use because it can help you refortify your energy. The central meridian runs up and down your body from your pubic bone to your bottom lip. Using the energy of your hands, you can literally zip up this meridian, sealing your positive energy in. The reverse is also true because you can also unzip the central meridian and get rid of negative energy.

This little exercise can help you feel more confident, help you think more clearly and it can even protect you from negative energy.

  1. Begin by placing your hands at the bottom of the central meridian, which is at your pubic bone.
  2. Inhale deeply as you move your hands slowly and deliberately straight up your body until you reach the lower lip.
  3. If you choose to, you can continue moving the energy up past your head lifting your hands and arms up towards the sky. This helps connect your central meridian with your aura.
  4. Close out the procedure by circling your arms back down to your pelvis.
  5. Try repeating the affirmation “I am clear, centered and well organized” while you are tracing this meridian for an extra boost.
  6. Repeat at least three times.

You can do this exercise as often as you like, anytime you need to feel more positive energy. The central meridian is connected with your thoughts and feelings so it is highly sensitive to the energy of others.

The Hook-Up

The hook-up is another great tool to use to boost your energy. Use the hook-up anytime you feel your energy is off. The hook-up connects your central meridian to your governing meridian, which sends energy up your spine. Doing this exercise can connect the energy between the front and back of your body and also between your head and torso.

The hook-up also strengthens the aura and can increase your coordination.

  1. Breathe deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.
  2. Place your middle finger of one hand on your third eye or brow chakra.
  3. Place the middle finger of the other hand in your naval.
  4. Gently press each finger in as you pull upward and breathe – holding this for 15-20 seconds.

The Crown Pull

How to activate your mind body and spirit energyThe crown pull works on the crown chakra, helping to open it up and release energy. Doing this simple exercise can help you calm your nervous system, release mental congestion and refresh your mind, body and spirit. The crown chakra is also known for its connection to spirit, so doing this exercise can also help open you up to higher sources of inspiration.

If you ever feel like you need some inspiration or guidance, the crown pull is a great exercise to use.

  1. Begin by breathing in deeply, through your nose and out through your mouth.
  2. Place your thumbs at your temples on the sides of your head.
  3. Curl your remaining fingertips on the center of your forehead.
  4. Pull your fingers apart across your forehead like you are opening or massaging your forehead, doing so with some pressure.
  5. Move your fingers up to the top of your head at your hairline and repeat.
  6. Continue moving your fingers back to the top of your head and then to the back of your head, literally pulling your crown apart with the pressure of your fingers.

This exercise works by helping you release the pent up energy that accumulates in your crown chakra. Practice it as often as you like, and try to push down and pull with some pressure as you pull your hands away from each other. You are pulling your head apart energetically, so that energy can be released. You can also continue this exercise down your neck if you desire.

All of these exercises work with your own unique energy, and they are simple and easy to do. Anytime you feel like you need an energy boost, you can try any of these exercises. Everything is energy, so the more you can work with your energy and keep it moving, the healthier and more positive you will feel.

If you follow these steps you’ll improve your psychic abilities to a noticeable degree and they may even become useful to you in your daily life:

Inner Psychic Tip #1 – Meditation
While there are many meditation practices all over the world, one thing is for certain, quieting your mind is the first step toward understanding that you are not your thoughts and that thoughts simply exist. When you have a clear distinction between what you know as you and what you know as thoughts, you can begin to witness the nature of thoughts that are in what we call “the field”. The field of thoughts are available like wifi signals with certain places and people being more conductive for them and some places being less so. Thoughts are more seen as a translation of energy, some people being clear translators and others being very distorted. The more into our ego we are, the less of a clear channel you can receive. This is because the energy you translate will tend to become what we call “personalized” by our personalities of course.

Did you know your body is a natural source of energy? The Chinese call this energy chi or life force energy. Chi has also been called the breath of life. This life force energy flows through you via your meridians, which are kind of like little energy pathways.

The meridians are an energy transportation system that helps feed you vital energy.Your energy meridians flow through you like a river – and just as rivers can get clogged with debris, so can your energy. Your meridians work hand in hand with your chakras, so unlocking this energy can also help you feel more positive.

The life force energy that moves through youcirculates in a 24-hour cycle of sorts. There are fourteen meridians that carry this life force energy – and twelve of them are associated with your organs and the various functions of your body.

Many practitioners believe that your chi affects each of these meridians for about two hours a day. Since the meridians are basically a flow of energy just like the chakras, this energy can get blocked, causing you to feel off balance.

Restoring this balance is easy when you follow these simple tips talked about by Donna Eden, the author of the book Energy Medicine.

3 ways to work with your energy meridians

The Zip-Up

Your meridians carry a very subtle electromagnetic energy and you can sense this energy with your hands. You can trace your entire energy system is less than two minutes, so it’s not a complicated process. There are many ways to work with your energy meridians, but working with the central meridian is probably the easiest.

The zip-up is a great tool to use because it can help you refortify your energy. The central meridian runs up and down your body from your pubic bone to your bottom lip. Using the energy of your hands, you can literally zip up this meridian, sealing your positive energy in. The reverse is also true because you can also unzip the central meridian and get rid of negative energy.

This little exercise can help you feel more confident, help you think more clearly and it can even protect you from negative energy.

  1. Begin by placing your hands at the bottom of the central meridian, which is at your pubic bone.
  2. Inhale deeply as you move your hands slowly and deliberately straight up your body until you reach the lower lip.
  3. If you choose to, you can continue moving the energy up past your head lifting your hands and arms up towards the sky. This helps connect your central meridian with your aura.
  4. Close out the procedure by circling your arms back down to your pelvis.
  5. Try repeating the affirmation “I am clear, centered and well organized” while you are tracing this meridian for an extra boost.
  6. Repeat at least three times.

You can do this exercise as often as you like, anytime you need to feel more positive energy. The central meridian is connected with your thoughts and feelings so it is highly sensitive to the energy of others.

The Hook-Up

The hook-up is another great tool to use to boost your energy. Use the hook-up anytime you feel your energy is off. The hook-up connects your central meridian to your governing meridian, which sends energy up your spine. Doing this exercise can connect the energy between the front and back of your body and also between your head and torso.

The hook-up also strengthens the aura and can increase your coordination.

  1. Breathe deeply through your nose and out through your mouth.
  2. Place your middle finger of one hand on your third eye or brow chakra.
  3. Place the middle finger of the other hand in your naval.
  4. Gently press each finger in as you pull upward and breathe – holding this for 15-20 seconds.

The Crown Pull

How to activate your mind body and spirit energyThe crown pull works on the crown chakra, helping to open it up and release energy. Doing this simple exercise can help you calm your nervous system, release mental congestion and refresh your mind, body and spirit. The crown chakra is also known for its connection to spirit, so doing this exercise can also help open you up to higher sources of inspiration.

If you ever feel like you need some inspiration or guidance, the crown pull is a great exercise to use.

  1. Begin by breathing in deeply, through your nose and out through your mouth.
  2. Place your thumbs at your temples on the sides of your head.
  3. Curl your remaining fingertips on the center of your forehead.
  4. Pull your fingers apart across your forehead like you are opening or massaging your forehead, doing so with some pressure.
  5. Move your fingers up to the top of your head at your hairline and repeat.
  6. Continue moving your fingers back to the top of your head and then to the back of your head, literally pulling your crown apart with the pressure of your fingers.

This exercise works by helping you release the pent up energy that accumulates in your crown chakra. Practice it as often as you like, and try to push down and pull with some pressure as you pull your hands away from each other. You are pulling your head apart energetically, so that energy can be released. You can also continue this exercise down your neck if you desire.

All of these exercises work with your own unique energy, and they are simple and easy to do. Anytime you feel like you need an energy boost, you can try any of these exercises. Everything is energy, so the more you can work with your energy and keep it moving, the healthier and more positive you will feel.
